Our vision is to engage, equip, and empower 100 young adult leaders on the Intermountain District.

Engage

Lead Young will coordinate events and activities online and in-person to connect with young adults all across the District.

Equip

Lead Young will resource young adult leaders with information, experiences, and relationships to help them grow and serve.

Empower

Lead Young will open the doors to provide opportunities for young adults to follow their callings and passions – serving the local church, the Intermountain District, and beyond.

We believe in the power of young adults on the Intermountain District and this program will come alongside them on their personal and spiritual journey.
